From October 26th to November 1st, 2026, Pistazucchissimo returns to L'Horloge in Catania! Just for Halloween week, the specials created in collaboration with Pistacchissimo combine pumpkin and pistachio in carefully studied and balanced recipes. The beloved burger and pizza are back, and this year's new entry arrives: gratin gnocchi. Three 100% artisanal creations, available only during this week.
The burger: the original, still a fan favorite
It was the first creation in the Pistazucchissimo line several years ago, and it remains a fan favorite: bun, beef patty, provola cheese, bacon, pumpkin cream, and pistachio cream. A perfect union of pumpkin and pistachio, carefully studied and balanced. The burger is also available gluten-free.
The pizza: returning after its 2025 success
Born in 2025 and an instant hit, it returns again this year: pumpkin cream, sausage, Grana cheese shavings, and pistachio cream. The pizza can also be requested in a vegetarian version.
Gratin gnocchi: the 2026 novelty
By popular demand, a first course has arrived! The gratin gnocchi are the new addition to this edition: gnocchi, pumpkin cream, Parmesan, crispy guanciale, and pistachio cream. The gnocchi can also be requested in a vegetarian version.
All three specials are 100% artisanal, with ingredients prepared in-house by L'Horloge: no pre-packaged products to assemble here.
