A fabulous, ultra-soft dough, created by the expert hands of Sebastiano Scuderi, a true master of baking. A delicate and enveloping dough, made with top-quality ingredients, designed to best enhance the taste of the pistachio.
The entire pistachio component, on the other hand, is 100% designed by Pistacchissimo!
Coating in high-percentage pistachio chocolate, completely covered in chopped pistachios.
Under the glaze, there is a layer of pistachio cream with a 50% pistachio content, making it extraordinarily intense, with a recipe designed to pair perfectly with the taste of the coating.
To fill the inside of the Colomba, you will find a jar with a second pistachio cream, also at 50% and extraordinarily intense, but with a different recipe, studied to pair perfectly with the taste of the dough.
