Caffè Galaxy, in Bronte, makes excellent pistachio products, so we decided to try their pistachio cornetto for breakfast.

The croissant is truly excellent, with a soft, well-leavened dough that is very tasty, as well as a generous filling inside.

The pistachio cream inside is very good and well-balanced, never sickeningly sweet. The pistachio flavor is truly authentic and natural.
