If the wonderful green color in the photo has made you hungry, hold your horses and read the review.
The pistachio single-serving dessert offered by Comis Ice Cafè in Catania looks extremely inviting, but unfortunately, upon tasting it, you will discover that the inside is pure almond!
Sadly, there is more pistachio in the plate's decoration (the chopped nuts) than in the dessert itself. A solid block of almond, with a flavor that is far too intense, which you will struggle to finish.
The result is truly disappointing, and I am genuinely sorry and surprised because Comis Ice Cafè produces excellent pistachio gelato, as well as granite.
