An excellent pistachio bavarese!

I had the pleasure of trying the "Verde Oro" pistachio cake from Marialuisa, in Nicolosi, and my verdict is definitely positive. It truly lives up to its name!
It is a bavarese cake, made with a soft mousse of white chocolate and pistachio. The dominant flavor is white chocolate, a common base for almost all pistachio desserts, but it manages to surprise when the palate hits the excellent pistachio glaze, and especially the fantastic crunch inside and at the base! Three layers with a truly excellent, intense, and well-defined pistachio flavor, which, however, don't quite manage to fully mask the white chocolate, preventing it from reaching the top score and leaving us at 4 pistacchi.
Ultimately, this is one of the best pistachio bavarese cakes I have tasted to date. It just needs a tiny tweak to become perfect!
