This disclaimer was necessary, as it is a great restaurant, but when judging the pistachio specifically, the final verdict is a cake with a perfect texture and a very pleasant overall taste, yet one that barely hints at pistachio. Hence the conclusion that, if you like cocoa, it is much better to opt for the more classic chocolate version to finish your meal in the best way possible.
