Fine white chocolate, flavored with pistachio.
Marialuisa is a high-end pastry shop, born in Nicolosi and recently opened in Catania as well. To warm up during a winter breakfast, we tried their pistachio hot chocolate.
The base is a white chocolate with a very liquid consistency and a truly refined flavor. Along with it, they serve two white chocolate pistachio cubes to be melted into the hot chocolate to add color and flavor.
It is accompanied by butter cookies, included in the price.
The final result is very pleasant and it is also fun to melt the chocolates. The pistachio flavor remains of medium intensity, but the final result is still very convincing and we highly recommend it.
