The glass of 'solo preparato' is impressive!

Chiosco del Borgo is undoubtedly one of the most famous kiosks in Catania, and among their offerings, the pistachio frappè, made with Bronte pistachio DOP, really stands out.
If you love pistachio, you absolutely must ask for a glass of the 'preparato al pistacchio'!
NOTE: we are not talking about the frappè, but the pure PISTACHIO PREPARATO, a real hidden gem
You will find yourself facing one of the most pistachio-packed things you have ever tasted, characterized by a sublime pistachio flavor, but so intense that a whole glass might be hard to finish (we recommend the small size, or sharing it!).
The density, due to the high concentration of pistachio, is truly remarkable, making it at times difficult to pull up through the straw. It might seem like a nuisance, but in reality, it is part of the unique experience offered by this pistachio concentrate, which calling a 'frappè' would be an understatement.
It deserves a rating of 9/10 without hesitation, and you will hardly find anything else quite as pistachio-intense.
