Dolcerie, in Lentini, offers a wide selection of very inviting sweet and savory products. While having breakfast, we tried their pistachio cornetto.
We really liked the cornetto in terms of dough and overall flavor, thanks to a soft and tasty pastry with excellent lamination.
The pistachio cream, generous in amount and with a very convincing color, is definitely good, although it has a subtle pistachio flavor, which in our opinion places it in the average range.
A great cornetto, therefore, good and pleasant to enjoy, even if the cream lacks a punchy pistachio flavor, hence the rating of 7/10 for the pistachio taste.
