Extraordinary dough, the best one! The pistachio needs a boost.

Crema & Cioccolato is a franchise with several locations, so it's important to specify that we tried the pistachio Rame di Napoli made at the Aci Sant'Antonio shop. They participated in the great 2018 rame challenge, so how did they do?
Without a doubt, these are among the rame that impressed me most for their dough, with a truly sublime and delicate chocolate flavor, as well as a perfectly soft texture that melts in your mouth. It's no coincidence that they won the award for best dough in the super ranking of the best pistachio rame of 2018.
On the pistachio front, despite the beautiful exterior appearance, we find a somewhat sparse filling. The pistachio cream is good, but it leans a bit towards white chocolate. We are sure they will adjust their recipe by increasing the pistachio percentage and, above all, the amount of cream. With such an extraordinary dough, the road to perfection is near.
I can't wait to try them again next year, hoping for a more intense pistachio flavor. As of today, the rating is 7/10, but they truly deserve a special mention for the dough.
