Exquisite, generously filled pancakes!

Caffè Mazzella, overlooking the large Piazza Don Bosco in Pedara, creates many delicious desserts. During the Fiera Estiva, we went to try their pistachio pancake at their dedicated stand, but they are available all year round at their café.
The pancake batter is truly excellent and they are generously filled with several layers of pistachio cream (often referred to as "pistachio Nutella"). The cream is also spread on top, then finished with a dusting of powdered sugar and pistachio flour.
The final taste is explosive, with a marked note of roasted pistachio in the cream. The final result convinced us, although we recommend sharing it because it is quite "challenging" to finish on your own.
Many other flavors are also available, in addition to the pistachio one.
