Pasticceria Fratelli Gangi is undoubtedly one of the most renowned in Bronte, thanks to the quality of their products. During an afternoon break, we enjoyed their crunchy wafer cannolicchio, filled with pistachio nutella.
The wafer is super crunchy and tasty, truly high-quality, but the real highlight is undoubtedly the pistachio nutella inside, which they make themselves. The pistachio used is strictly from Bronte, with a 40% content—a truly remarkable percentage that manages to deliver an excellent flavor.
The contrast between the crunchiness of the cannolo and the smoothness of the filling is a winner.
Thanks to the excellent pistachio cream, which is perfectly enhanced by the wafer dough, the rating is 9/10.
