Very natural pistachio flavor and a creamy texture.

Caffetteria Luca is one of the most famous spots for tourists (and locals alike) visiting Bronte, primarily for its celebrated (and excellent) pistachio gelato.
We also tried their granita, and in this case too, the pistachio flavor is present, but above all, it is not tainted by almond or artificial flavorings. The pistachio taste is kept very natural, with minimal roasting.
The texture is very creamy, yet it still differs from that of their gelato.
It is not among the most intense in general, but it is still good. If you find yourself in Bronte, it is definitely one of the best.
If you have to choose between the gelato and the granita, I personally recommend the gelato, as theirs is truly unique and distinctive, though the granita is still a good choice.
