Beautiful and tasty, but you can't taste the pistachio.

Caffetteria Luca is one of the most famous spots in Bronte for pistachio products, especially among tourists. Unfortunately, however, if you go there, you need to know exactly what to choose, because not all of their products manage to highlight the taste of Bronte pistachio.
While we spoke very highly of their gelato (read the dedicated review), we cannot say the same for their pistachio cannolo. It is beautiful to look at, no doubt, and also quite tasty and crunchy, but disappointing if you are looking for that pistachio punch. In fact, the pistachio flavor is almost entirely absent, giving the impression of eating a simple pastry cream.
We tried it several times and only once were we unlucky enough to find a slightly soft shell, as it is usually nice and crunchy.
In light of all this, the rating can only be 4/10, as it is good overall, but essentially lacks any real pistachio flavor.
