Fabulous, super pistachio-packed bruschette.
Ristorante Pepe Rosa is one of the best in Bronte and is located right in the town center. They offer appetizers, first courses, main courses, and desserts, both pistachio-based and otherwise. Here is one of their best appetizers: the pistachio bruschette!
The pistachio pesto (which they call "pistachio pâté") is truly excellent and generous, served on a perfectly toasted bruschetta that is nice and crunchy, but not too hard.
The cherry tomato and mini mozzarella are also very good, creating a light and pleasant contrast without overpowering the pistachio.
Highly recommended to start your lunch or dinner there!
