A good pistachio gelato in Scalea!

Il Gelato is an ice cream parlor located on one of the main streets of Scalea (a small town in the province of Cosenza, overlooking the "Riviera dei Cedri"). It is situated outside the historic center, just a few steps from the beach.
The selection of gelato flavors is quite extensive, and naturally, we tried the pistachio one.
The gelato is creamy and has a convincing color, which is confirmed upon tasting, with a distinct pistachio flavor and no unwanted artificial aftertastes.
The roasting is well-balanced, as is the sweetness. Definitely a good choice if you want to enjoy a nice pistachio gelato in Scalea.
