Very intense almond flavor that masks everything.

We have already talked about Bar Carciola and their excellent ice cream cake, so we decided to go back to try their pistachio granita.
Unfortunately, it must be said right away that we were very disappointed due to a very strong almond flavor that almost completely masked the small percentage of pistachio present in the granita.
It's a real shame, because the texture of the granita is pleasant, as is the level of sweetness.
Unfortunately, judging strictly by the pistachio flavor, our rating is impacted by the strong almond taste. We hope, as always, that they might revise the recipe.
