Delicate pistachio. Icy texture.

The bar "Le Ciminiere" is located on Viale Africa, in Catania, right in front of the famous "Le Ciminiere" complex, which has been used for years for a wide variety of generally very interesting events. We decided to try their pistachio granita.
We sat on their wooden deck on the Viale, which has a retro touch that you might either love or hate.
The pistachio flavor, although very faint, is present, but it never manages to stand out decisively. On the plus side, the absence of any unwanted aftertaste (so, no almond) is definitely appreciated.
The texture, which is definitely too frozen, combined with the too faint pistachio flavor, makes it an average granita, nothing more, nothing less.
The brioche deserves a special mention; it is truly spectacular in both taste and softness, one of the best I have ever eaten!
Ultimately, given the faint pistachio flavor, the rating is 7/10.
