A good pistachio granita!

One of the best pistachio granitas in Catania, available practically at any time of day at various strategic locations across the city thanks to the many branches of C&G Cioccolato e Gelato.
The pistachio granita at C&G never disappoints, featuring a perfect texture and excellent pistachio flavor. The sugar level is also ideal, not too sweet. It doesn't reach the top score, but it is definitely among the best choices if you are taking a walk in the city center and want to play it safe! It fully deserves a rating of 4 pistacchi!
The other flavors are also excellent (like the mulberry one in the photo). However, the classic brioche "col tuppo" was disappointing, as it turned out to be a bit chewy.
