Bar Condorelli, in Belpasso, is a true institution, filled with products that have become icons of Sicilian culture. We couldn't miss trying their renowned pistachio granita.
Unlike their other products, which are truly excellent, the pistachio granita didn't convince us much due to its poorly defined flavor.
We tried it several times to be more precise in our assessment, and we found it a bit inconsistent—sometimes more or less sweet—but generally always too faint in taste and not well-defined.
Overall, it is fresh and pleasant, also thanks to its spot-on creamy texture, but from a pistachio perspective, it didn't win us over.
