A very pleasant granita, though the pistachio flavor could be pushed a little more.
Pasticceria Belfiore is located in Misterbianco, and among the many very tempting products they offer, we tried their pistachio granita.
It is truly very pleasant in both texture and flavor. The sugar is well-balanced and it is pleasantly creamy, but not excessively so. You can taste the pistachio, which is also quite abundant, but the final flavor is not very intense, perhaps due to the type of raw ingredient used. It is still above average and definitely a good product.
The mulberry flavor is excellent, truly very natural, and the brioche is very good.
