Light pistachio flavor, pleasant granita.
Cafè Noir is located in Misterbianco and features a lovely outdoor terrace where you can savor their products, such as the pistachio granita we tried.
The pistachio flavor is quite subtle but present, with a light toasted note and no unpleasant aftertaste. Increasing the pistachio percentage would be enough, but the incredibly affordable price would have to increase accordingly! The granita is sweet enough, but without becoming cloying.
I found the brioche truly excellent, and paired with the granita, the value for money is remarkable, even if the granita itself is fairly average.
