Bar Parisien is located in Augusta. We tried their pistachio granita.

Unfortunately, in our experience, we detected a very strong almond flavor, which almost completely overpowered the very faint pistachio aftertaste.

The texture was quite pleasant, so we hope they can revise the recipe by eliminating the almond taste.
