Bar Giargeri is a modern and welcoming café, with a rich selection of both sweet and savory treats. It is located in Piano Tavola / Belpasso, in the province of Catania.
The granita has a beautiful, very natural color. Upon tasting, it reveals a predominant toasted pistachio flavor, though some natural pistachio notes are also present. The pistachio intensity is quite high.
Particularly characteristic and delightful is the generous amount of chopped pistachio skin mixed throughout, which provides those typical flavor notes.
The creaminess is not very pronounced, setting it quite apart from gelato.
The brioche and the mulberry flavor are also good, falling within the average range.
