Pistachio Granita - Yoammu (Paternò)

Yoammu is a new gelateria located in Paternò that crafts excellent artisanal granita, along with many other desserts.

Their pistachio granita is characterized by the use of Bronte pistachio, which, thanks to a medium roast, offers a very natural amber color and a truly authentic flavor.

The pistachio content is high and the taste is well-defined. Definitely a top-quality granita that deserves to be tried!

Their gelato and other desserts (waffles, crepes, etc.) are also excellent.
