Pistachio Granita - Pasticceria Tropea (Misterbianco)

Subtle pistachio flavor, with an almond aftertaste.

Bar Pasticceria Tropea is located in Misterbianco and, following your recommendations, I tried their pistachio granita.

The granita I tasted had a rather subtle pistachio flavor, leaning more towards water and sugar. There was also a slight almond aftertaste on the palate.

The brioche was much better: soft, flavorful, and very aromatic.
