Pistachio Granita - Bar St. Honoré (Giarre)

Strong almond flavor in the pistachio, unfortunately.

Bar St. Honorè is located in Giarre and offers granita, gelato, pastries, and tavola calda. We tried their granita.

The preparation is certainly excellent in terms of texture and sugar balance. The raw ingredients also appear to be of high quality.

The pistachio granita, however, has a strong almond flavor, which heavily masks the pistachio taste. We hope they might reconsider this aspect.

The mulberry flavor is good.
