Mambo Chic is a bar located on the Riposto seafront, featuring a lovely setting with plenty of outdoor seating.
The granita cups are huge; in fact, the one in the photo is the "half portion". The value for money is truly excellent!
The pistachio flavor is intense and well-defined, with medium creaminess and a good balance of the roast. No almond aftertaste or artificial aromas, and the color is also convincing.
Other flavors I tried (mulberry and peach) are also very high quality, clearly made with fresh fruit rather than fruit juices.
The brioche is also worth noting—very soft and delicate, which I really enjoyed.
Definitely one of the best places to enjoy a granita in the Riposto / Mascali / Giarre area.
