A good pastry shop granita, but too delicate.

Pasticceria Signorello in Belpasso, in the province of Catania, offers a good pistachio granita with a wonderful color, but a flavor that is too delicate.
The overall taste is very good, as is the pleasant texture, but unfortunately, the pistachio does not stand out as hoped. The rating for the pistachio is therefore 3 pistachios; nevertheless, a special mention must go to the excellent toasted almond granita, which, as you can see in the photo, accompanies it in one of the most tried-and-tested and highly recommended pairings that exist.
