A pistachio masterpiece worthy of its name!

It is a cake based on Bavarian mousse (cream-based), made with several layers:
- thin chocolate base
- pistachio Bavarian mousse
- pistachio crunch
- pistachio glaze
Essentially, it is very similar to what some shops call a "pistachio setteveli".
Although all the layers are delicious, what provides the most pistachio flavor is the double layer of crunch in the middle!
