The presentation is very refined, with a green dome that makes the dessert look very inviting, embellished with white chocolate pearls all around.
The taste, unfortunately, did not convince us, as the various inner layers each offer a different flavor, some quite aggressive, which completely eliminate the perception of the pistachio (which is already very delicate on its own).
Our final rating is 2/10, because neither the pistachio flavor nor the overall balance convinced us. However, we are sure that Caffè Europa can do much better, as they make an extraordinary pistachio granita, which we absolutely recommend you try!
