Cream with no pistachio flavor.

Il Cantiniere, in Catania, is an elegant venue in the heart of the city, famous for its wines, but also for its excellent food. We decided to end a delicious dinner with a slice of pistachio cake.
Unfortunately, although it was quite good overall, the pistachio cream disappointed us greatly. The pistachio flavor seemed totally absent, likely due to a pistachio percentage that was far too low.
The cream, however, turned out to be a good pastry cream (setting the pistachio aside).
My rating is 2/10, because I couldn't perceive the pistachio flavor in any way. Since I like the place, I will aim for other desserts to finish my dinners.
