An explosion of tasty pistachio and hazelnuts!

If you want to enjoy an excellent pistachio treat, you should definitely try the Pistachio Rocher Cake made by Caffè Mazzella, in Pedara.
This cake is a true pistachio concentrate, divided into three delicious layers. The best part is undoubtedly the coating, which is quite firm, with an intense pistachio flavor and crunchy hazelnuts embedded inside. Inside, we find an excellent pistachio mousse with a fairly delicate taste, which makes up the main volume of the cake. Finally, the base consists of a thin layer of chocolate sponge cake.
Digging your fork into these three layers is a real pleasure, as is crunching on the pieces of hazelnut, but obviously, the real star is the pistachio flavor!
The value for money is excellent, given that a rather large slice costs only 3 €. You can enjoy it at any time of the day and, if you like, you can also order a whole one to celebrate an occasion.
