ChocoFusion, with its pistachio gelato, confirms itself as one of the landmarks in Catania when it comes to pistachio desserts.
The gelato has a very good pistachio flavor thanks to the use of pure pistachio paste, meaning there are no unwanted aftertastes. The creaminess is excellent, as is the sweetness.
Upon request, you can have them add a variegation made with pistachio nutella, to add some pleasant more intense pistachio notes between one spoonful and the next, which is always very welcome and boosts the rating to the max!
If you want to pair the pistachio with another flavor, know that the other gelatos are also excellent, such as the one made with Lindt chocolate, but that goes beyond the scope of this blog!
