Bar Condorelli, in Mascali, is one of the most renowned in town, famous above all for its Cornetti, baked at any hour and always served hot. Among the various flavors, the pistachio Cornetto was a must, and therefore, a review by Pistacchissimo.it is also a must!
The first thing you'll notice when breaking it open is that the cream is truly generous. Upon taking a bite, you'll appreciate the very soft and light dough, so much so that you don't feel the heaviness of the butter. The pistachio cream is quite fluid and truly excellent, with a pistachio flavor that isn't super strong, but is good and free of any unwanted aftertastes.
I would have undoubtedly appreciated a slightly more intense pistachio flavor, but it is excellent nonetheless, and therefore it earns a rating of 4 pistachios.
If you find yourself in the area, perhaps for a swim at the beach, go and give it a try! Keep in mind that it is open at any hour, even at night, which is definitely a great advantage!
