Pasticceria Rizzotti, located along Viale Mario Rapisardi in Catania, offers a vast selection of pastries, among which we tried the pistachio mignon, specifically bignè, tartufi, and cestini.
In all cases, unfortunately, the pistachio flavor is barely present, with a cream that is far too mild.
Overall, they are certainly good pastries, thanks to the fresh and well-crafted dough, but we would have appreciated a more intense pistachio flavor to complete the final taste.
