A delicate and pleasant mousse, but the pistachio gets overpowered.

Pasticceria Condorelli in Mascali makes excellent pastries, so we tried their pistachio cannolo.
The shell is very crunchy and lined with dark chocolate. During our visit, the frying of the shell was a bit heavy.
The pistachio mousse is delicious, very fluffy and light, and not too sweet. The pistachio flavor isn't very strong, but it is still quite pleasant.
Unfortunately, the heavy frying, as well as the presence of the chocolate, tend to significantly overpower the pistachio flavor, which is already quite delicate.
Overall pleasant, but I am sure they can improve it, considering the quality of their granita and cornetti.
