Excellent burgers and a huge selection, from simple ones to full-on foodporn.

Gustami is a sandwich and involtini shop located on the central Via Etna in Gravina di Catania. They have a wide selection of pistachio burgers and I've tried almost all of them, so it would be impossible to write a review for each one!
For all their burgers, you can choose your meat between beef, donkey, chicken, and horse. They are all excellent, but the donkey meat is my favorite, so I highly recommend it—especially since there is no extra charge!
All their pistachio burgers feature a pistachio flour coating on the bun, applied with care and using plenty of pistachio; they are also served with fresh fries.
I want to tell you about 3 of their most interesting burgers.
PISTACCHIOSO
The "Pistacchioso" is the first pistachio burger they created when they opened and, even today, one of their best-sellers. A compact-sized burger at a very competitive price, made with pistachio cream cheese, fried egg, burger patty, and melted cheese. The pistachio flavor isn't very intense because the pistachio cream cheese has a high percentage of Philadelphia, but overall the burger is delicious thanks to the quality of the ingredients and how well they balance in terms of flavor and texture.
EVERGREEN
Their "Evergreen" is a new burger designed for those looking for a more intense pistachio experience. A generously sized burger, made with double pistachio pesto, a meatball stuffed with Philadelphia and pistachio, mortadella, mozzarella, and melted cheese. The presence of the pistachio pesto, both on top and bottom, makes the pistachio flavor much more intense compared to the Pistacchioso. Definitely the best choice if you're looking for a strong pistachio kick.
STRASUPER PISTACCHIOSO
The "Strasuper Pistacchioso" is another new addition that was born as a foodporn evolution of the classic Pistacchioso. A truly giant burger, it is essentially a towering stack of toppings: pistachio cream cheese, iceberg lettuce, double burger patty, double mozzarella, double bacon, breaded pistachio burrata, pistachio involtini, and potato croquettes. Even in this case, the overall taste is fantastic, though the pistachio doesn't reach the intensity of the Evergreen. In terms of overall flavor, it is one of my favorite burgers of theirs. Designed to satisfy anyone's hunger, I personally recommend sharing it unless you love a challenge!
