DL Burger Lab (formerly DL Food & Drink) in Nicolosi is hands down one of my favorite burger joints! Excellent buns, with their fabulous pistachio options really standing out.
The secret to their success is the combination of great artisanal bread, top-quality meat, and delicious, perfectly balanced ingredients. The harmony between all the components is truly spot on, making for a highly enjoyable experience that never feels overwhelming.
Speaking of pistachio, their savory pistachio cream, 100% artisanal, is truly amazing—perhaps the best I've ever tried on a burger!
The pistachio flavor is intense and well-accentuated, highlighting the typical sweet notes of the nut (also thanks to a hint of cream in the base).
As a starter, their fresh-cut fries with pistachio cream are an absolute must: 100% artisanal and hand-cut, they are easily my favorites in the entire province.
