A simple and affordable burger, but the amount of pistachio in the cheese should be increased.

The Big One burger joint in Catania is known for its very competitive prices and a fairly extensive menu. We tried their pistachio burger, which goes by the name "pistacchioso".
The burger is very simple: your choice of patty (beef, chicken, or horse meat), bacon, pistachio cheese, and lettuce.
The overall taste is not bad; it is, in fact, a very simple burger. The size is standard (it does not belong to the "XL burger" category), which is in line with the price.
However, the pistachio cheese looks very white, and indeed, we could not taste any pistachio when biting into it. Therefore, in our opinion, the amount of pistachio should be increased significantly.
Other minor drawbacks include the slightly dry bun and the rather dense meat, but these could be isolated incidents and are not part of our main considerations, which are focused on the pistachio flavor.
