Pistachio flavor isn't very strong, but it's definitely there.

Schizzo Bar Gelateria is located on the seafront of Giardini Naxos, where you can enjoy a day by the sea or a relaxing evening walk.
The pistachio granita has a medium intensity, with a pistachio flavor that is present, though not very strong. You can particularly pick up on the toasted notes.
There is no almond aftertaste, which is undoubtedly a plus.
The texture is extremely creamy, in the Catanese style (even though Giardini is in the province of Messina).
Certainly a better granita than many other bars along the Giardini seafront, though it doesn't pack a particularly intense pistachio punch.
