Pistachio Granita - Lo Zuccherino (Letojanni)

Intense almond flavor, unfortunately.

Lo Zuccherino is a café located in Letojanni, a famous seaside town in the province of Messina. We tried their pistachio granita.

Unfortunately, as the very pale color already hinted, the pistachio is barely noticeable, overwhelmed instead by an intense almond flavor.

We hope, as always, that they might revise the recipe and remove the almond taste.
