A light pistachio flavor, but a good gelato.

Grom is a very famous and widespread gelato chain that needs no introduction. During one of our trips to Milano, we tried their pistachio gelato.
The gelato looks very good, with a fairly natural color. The pistachio flavor is not very intense, but it is still noticeable, and overall the gelato is good and pleasant to eat, certainly above average.
In terms of texture, it is slightly too compact, but without being too heavy. The sugar is well-balanced, ensuring the gelato is never too sweet.
The rating, based on the intensity of the pistachio taste, is 7/10, placing it as a good gelato that can certainly be recommended in the absence of more pistachio-intense alternatives.
Editor's note: the "crema di grom" flavor we paired it with was delicious.
