Good gelato, but the pistachio is missing.

During one of our trips around Milano, we tried Gelateria Baci Sottozero to test their pistachio gelato.
The shop is very welcoming, full of treats, and the service is precise and extremely kind. The pistachio gelato has a rather soft, definitely natural color, but we didn't find much pistachio flavor when tasting it.
Although the gelato was overall very good, the taste was "pasty," almost reminiscent of peanut butter, likely due to the excessive roasting of the pistachio or the way it was processed.
Ultimately, it's a good gelato, but one where the pistachio flavor fails to shine, hence our rating of 4/10.
