Pistachio liqueurs can make for a wonderful sweet after-dinner drink. Among the many options available is the Pistachio Cremoncello by Distilleria Fratelli Russo.
The name clearly evokes the classic "limoncello," but F.lli Russo offers it in a wide variety of flavors, including pistachio.
Although it is a good liqueur with excellent creaminess, the cream base prevails, leaving little room for a very light pistachio aroma (which is nonetheless pleasant).
Overall, it is enjoyable for its sweetness and texture, but with a barely perceptible pistachio taste, hence the rating of 7/10.
