The landscape of pistachio liqueurs is complex, with a wide variety of products that rarely have a real pistachio taste.
The liqueur from Novè (Taormina) stands out slightly, managing to offer a certain pistachio taste, although very delicate, yet still superior to other products in its category.
The alcoholic taste remains predominant, but the small percentage of pistachio still manages to impart a certain characteristic aroma, which makes the liqueur quite pleasant.
