The restaurant "Marisco" is located on the beautiful seafront of Marina di Ragusa and offers both a spacious outdoor area for the summer and indoor seating.
Among the many fish specialties, the pistachio-crusted tuna caught our attention. The quality of the tuna is top-notch, with a sublime taste, thanks in part to the perfect cooking.
This quality is enhanced by the sweetness of the pistachio. The entire tuna is covered in high-quality chopped pistachios, which are lightly toasted during the cooking process.
Furthermore, it is served on a bed of very dense pistachio pesto, which almost resembles a pure paste; it is highly toasted and grainy, making it truly fabulous and flavorful. Dipping the tuna into this creamy sauce will be an unforgettable experience.
If you have the chance, I highly recommend trying it.
