We couldn't taste the pistachio.

Bar Drago is located on the seafront of Siracusa, but slightly away from the center, in a quieter area.
We tried their pistachio granita, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The granita is fresh and sweet, but we couldn't detect any pistachio flavor.
Instead, we caught a very slight hint of almond, but even that was barely noticeable, resulting in a rather "tasteless" granita.
The toasted almonds and chopped pistachio topping were good, but obviously not enough to flavor the whole thing.
The mulberry flavor was decent, as was the brioche, but neither was particularly memorable.
