Very subtle pistachio flavor, with some roasted notes.
Gelati Bianca is a very famous gelateria located in Siracusa, Ortigia, and Noto.
We tried the Pistachio and Melon flavors.
Regarding the pistachio, we perceived a significant loss of intensity compared to the tasting we did a few years ago. Some roasted notes remain, but (in our opinion) all the other flavor notes of the pistachio are missing.
The melon flavor, however, left us speechless with its deliciousness and creaminess.
