Pistachio Gelato - New Kennedy (Siracusa)

Very faint pistachio flavor, excellent creaminess.

Bar "New Kennedy" in Siracusa has a brand new, fully renovated look that is much more welcoming.

We tried the Pistachio and Ricotta gelatos.

Pistachio has excellent creaminess, but the pistachio flavor is very faint. It's pleasant, but the pistachio is not very intense.

The ricotta, in our opinion, was also too mild, reminding us more of an excellent fiordilatte.
